The certification was proceeded traditionally by the authoritative international audit company "Bureau Veritas Certification Rus" (CJSC).

The quality management system in keeping of the Total Quality Management principles and demands of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000 was implemented in 2005. Total Quality Management is a philosophy of quality management including the permanent improvement of three components: process management quality, product quality and personnel qualification. The continuous performance of the management system makes all processes the transparent and provide to have control over the development of CONTACT System at all steps of its life cycles. The level of organizational work allows to provide high quality, competitive services and foresee and maximum supply the needs of clients.
The vigorous activity of RUSSLAVBANK's executive group and all stuff in pursuance on quality policy in 2008 has brought fruits and following the results of the first half of the year the general gain of volumes of CONTACT system increased on 74 %. The enhancing growth is 11 % comparing the previous year. This result exceeds the target of CONTACT System's race of development comparing the previous year.
